Hello everyone, I’m Stella, currently serving as the Branch Manager at Face Bar Mount Austin, as well as a skin management therapist.
I hold an international diploma in beauty and have also worked in the financial planning industry, where I gained a good understanding of sales strategies. Previously, I worked as a consultant in a medical aesthetic clinic and later became involved in light medical aesthetics and traditional Chinese beauty therapy.
The reason I chose the beauty industry is simple — I’ve always loved beauty, and I want to help people around me feel beautiful too. That sense of fulfillment from transforming someone’s confidence is something I truly enjoy.
If you ask me how I feel about joining the beauty industry, I would say — I’m not afraid, I’m not lacking confidence, and I’m not worried about not earning enough. Because I believe that when you put passion, effort, and continuous self-improvement into what you love, you’ll definitely see results — and that’s exactly what has shaped who I am today.
In just six months of hard work, I’ve grown into the position of Branch Manager, and I’m now also one of the investors. Thanks to Face Bar’s incredible “profit-sharing model,” I saw the potential for growth and transformation. What I love most about Face Bar is its culture and values — it truly feels like a loving family. I’m deeply grateful to our founders Tracy, Alvin, Alex, and Teresa — because of you, we are who we are today.
